Portfolio IV, Portland, Oregon, 1965-85 Portfolio I is a mixed section with a small token of very early studies. These initially involved representational works, as exemplified by the head studies. After a number of years, non representational, organic form began to take precedence and became a new focus. Though most pieces started in terra cotta, the final sculptures were typically executed in bronze.
