Example Series 4 Paradigm: Portals & Passageways 1998-2002 The Paradigm series consists of six, unique pieces that utilize the post and lintel construction as their basic form. Each sculpture reconstructs the memory either of a significant event in our shared, human experience or of the life and character of a specific individual. Although the unifying theme of the series is death as the threshold to an unknown hereafter, these pieces are more a contemplative tribute to individual and collective memory.
